To create and customize a time cell

At run time,

1. If your control contains more than one sheet, specify the sheet with which you want to work by setting the Sheet property.
2. Set the Col, Col2, Row, and Row2 properties as appropriate.
3. If you are selecting a block of cells, set the BlockMode property to True.
4. Set the CellType property to 6 (Time).
5. Set the maximum time value for the cell using the TypeTimeMax property.
6. Set the minimum time value for the cell using the TypeTimeMin property.
7. If you want to display a spin button in the cell, set the TypeSpin property to True.
8. Specify how the text is horizontally and vertically aligned in the cell by setting the TypeHAlign and TypeVAlign properties.
9. Specify the text orientation of the data in the cell by setting the TypeTextOrient property.
10. If you selected a block of cells, set the BlockMode property back to False.
