To specify a print page break before a column or row

1. Set the Sheet property to specify the sheet for which to set page breaks.
2. If you want to specify a print page break before a column, at run time,
   1. Specify the column with the Col property.
   2. Set the ColPageBreak property to True.
3. If you want to specify a print page break before a row, at run time,
   1. Specify the row with the Row property.
   2. Set the RowPageBreak property to True.
