To display a spin button in a percent cell

At run time,

1. If your control contains more than one sheet, specify the sheet with which you want to work by setting the Sheet property.
2. Set the Col, Col2, Row, and Row2 properties as appropriate.
3. If you are selecting a block of cells, set the BlockMode property to True.
4. Set the CellType property to 14 (Percent).
5. Display a spin button in the cell by setting the TypeSpin property to True.
6. Specify the amount by which the value in the cell is incremented or decremented when the user clicks the spin button using the TypeSpinInc property.
7. Specify that the value in the cell wraps when the cell reaches the maximum or minimum value by setting the TypeSpinWrap property to True.
8. If you selected a block of cells, set the BlockMode property back to False.
