RoundedBorder Constructor(Line,Single)

Initializes a new instance of the RoundedBorder class using the supplied line for all outlines and corners and a sprecified corner radius for all corners.

Parameters

outline: The line used for all outlines and corners.
allCornerRadius: The radius, in percent of the shortest side, used for all corners.
