Inserts an item into the collection at the specified index.

Parameters

index: The zero-based index at which to place the item within an unsorted ListLabelCell.
item: An object representing the item to insert.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.ArgumentNullException	The item parameter is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
System.InvalidOperationException	The cell's ListCell.DataSource property value is not a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException	The index is less than 0 or greater than the number of items in the collection.
