ScrollTipPolicy Enumeration

Specifies whether the component displays the text tip when the user moves the scroll box.

Member	Description
Both	Displays the text tip when the user moves either the horizontal or the vertical scroll box
Horizontal	Displays the column number in a text tip when the user moves the horizontal scroll box
Off	Does not display the text tip when the user moves the scroll box
Vertical	Displays the row number in a text tip when the user moves the vertical scroll box
