hWndSpread	HWND of Spread control
hWndEditor	HWND of editor control
Value	Value from editor (out)
Sheet	Index of sheet
Cell	Coordinates for the cell

Remarks

This structure is used in the GetEditorValue callback function for a custom cell type. Cell uses the SS_CELLCOORD structure. Value uses the SS_CT_VALUE structure.
