To customize the gray area

1. If you want to specify that the gray area display the exact horizontal and vertical gray area margins, call the SpvSetGrayAreaMarginType function and set the value parameter to 1 (SPV_MARGINTYPE_ACTUAL).
2. Call the SpvSetGrayAreaColor function to specify the color of the gray area.
3. Call the SpvSetGrayAreaMarginH and SpvSetGrayAreaMarginV functions to specify the horizontal and vertical margins.
