Specifying Whether Scroll Bars Are Displayed
Overview
By default, the sheets display both a horizontal and a vertical scroll bar. You can choose to have the sheets display no scroll bars, or you can have the sheets display only the horizontal scroll bar or vertical scroll bar.
If you prefer, you can have the sheets display the scroll bars only when the size of the sheet is larger than the view, as described in Displaying Scroll Bars Only When Needed.
