To specify whether scroll bars are displayed

Call the SSSetBool function and set the parameters as follows:

1. If you want to hide the scroll bars,
   1. Set the nIndex parameter to SSB_HORZSCROLLBAR or SSB_VERTSCROLLBAR.
   2. Set the bNewVal parameter to FALSE.
2. If you want to display the scroll bars,
   1. Set the nIndex parameter to SSB_HORZSCROLLBAR or SSB_VERTSCROLLBAR.
   2. Set the bNewVal parameter to TRUE.
