To change column and row numbering

Specify the starting letter or number as follows:

1. If your control contains more than one sheet, specify the sheet with which you want to work by setting the Sheet property.
2. For column headers, set the StartingColNumber property.
3. For row headers, set the StartingRowNumber property.
