Description

Occurs when a value in a custom cell needs to be validated.

Name	Name of the custom cell type
EditorControl	Editor control to use for editing the cell
Value	Value to validate
IsValid	Whether the value is valid

This event allows you to validate the data.

Note: All values are considered valid if this event is not implemented.
