Formatting a Currency Cell
Overview
By default, the currency cell uses the Windows regional settings for the:
- currency symbol
- separator character
- decimal symbol
- negative symbol
- whether a leading zero is displayed for values between 1.0 and –1.0
- positive currency format
- negative currency format
If you prefer, you can specify custom symbols, separator characters, and formatting for positive and negative values. You can also choose whether to hide the currency symbol and display the leading zero.
