Formatting a Percent Cell
Overview
By default, the percent cell uses the Windows regional settings for the:
- decimal symbol
- whether a leading zero is displayed for values between 1.0 and –1.0
- negative number format
If you prefer, you can specify a custom decimal symbol and formatting for negative values. You can also choose whether to display the leading zero.
