Open Event
The Open event occurs when the user opens the list portion of the control by clicking the drop-down button or by pressing Alt + Down Arrow while the control is closed.

Event applies to TDBCombo control.
This event is fired only when ComboStyle property is set to 0 - Dropdown Combo or 2 - Dropdown List.
