The TDBTZoneX object gives you the ability to calculate the exact time values for a specific time zone when comparing them with values in a different time zone. For example, use the WorldTimeCalc method to retrieve the time for New York (Eastern Time) when Tokyo, Japan is set to August 15, 1998 9:00 AM.
