Connecting Line and Offset

Use the IsConnected property to draw a line connecting the ChartLabel to its attachment point. IsConnected is located on the General Tab (ChartLabels) on the Property Pages.

Use the HorizontalOffset and VerticalOffset properties to set the distance between the ChartLabel and its attachment point. These properties are only used for ChartLabels attached by coordinates or the chart is a 2D projection. The HorizontalOffset and VerticalOffset properties are located on the Attach Tab (ChartLabels) on the Property Pages.

ChartLabels attached by DataCoordinates or DataIndex are offset an appropriate amount automatically, and lie in a plane parallel to the plane specified on the General Tab (ChartLabels) on the property pages.
