Add an Image to a Chart Element

Use the FileName property to specify the name and location of the image you want to display. The image must be in either Windows bitmap or Metafile format. Use the IsEmbedded property to include the specified image with the chart. If IsEmbedded is True, the image will be included with your chart. If IsEmbedded is False, the chart will look for the image file in the specified location.
