Rotating Axis Annotation

Use the axis AnnotationRotationAngle property to rotate the axis annotation counterclockwise the specified number of degrees; 270-degree rotation usually looks best on the Y2-axis. AnnotationRotationAngle is located on the Annotation Tab (Axes) on the Property Pages.

Rotation Note

The axis font must be scalable to rotate the annotation or title. TrueType fonts such as Arial or Courier New are scalable. Bitmap fonts such as System, Small Fonts, or MS Sans Serif are not scalable, and cannot be used if you want to rotate annotation or title.
