Connecting Line and Offset

Use the IsConnected property to draw a line connecting the ChartLabel to its attachment point and the Offset property to set the distance between the ChartLabel and its attachment point. IsConnected and Offset are located on the General Tab (ChartLabels) on the Property Pages.
