TimeLabelsEvent annotation operates exactly the same as TimeLabels annotation, including the use of custom and predefined formats to produce default labels that can be modified both in text and color in the FormatAxisAnno event. The main purpose of the annotation method is to allow customization of the automatic scaled labels produced by the TimeLabels annotation.
After defining setting up the annotation formats as defined by the TimeLabels annotation, you may add code to the FormatAxisAnno event, which provides parameters indicating the axis to be annotated, the value to be annotated, the default annotation text and the default color of the text. Both the annotation text and color can be modified.
Please note that all automatic size calculations for determinint the appropriate NumSpacing values are based on the default text, so the modified text must be approximately the same length as the original text.
