Fires before the vertical ScrollTip is displayed.

Event Data

The event handler receives an argument of type ToolTipEventArgs containing data related to this event. The following ToolTipEventArgs properties provide information specific to this event.

Gets the index of the column that caused the event. (Inherited from C1.Win.C1FlexGrid.RowColEventArgs)
Gets the index of the row that caused the event. (Inherited from C1.Win.C1FlexGrid.RowColEventArgs)
Gets or sets the text to be displayed in the tooltip.  
Remarks

This event fires only if the ShowScrollTips flag is set in the ScrollOptions property.

It allows you to specify the text that will be displayed in the scroll tip.

Example
The code below uses the ShowScrollTip event to display a scroll tip showing the value of the first cell that will become visible when the user stops scrolling.
