Parameters

isGreaterThanOrEqualTo: If set to true use the greater than and equal to operator to calculate the value.
type: Type of scale value.
value: Scale value.

If the parameter is set to true, use the greater than and equal to operator to calculate the value.

This example creates an icon rule.
