Set the size of row and column gutters which is measured in screen units.

Parameters

sheet: The zero based sheet index used to locate the IExcelWorksheet instance
rowGutter: The value for the row gutter
columnGutter: The value for the column gutter

columnMaxOutlineLevel: The value for the max outline level of column
