This function returns the number of a row from a reference.
ROW(reference)
The argument is a cell or a single area.
If the reference is omitted, the reference of the cell that the function is in is used.
Accepts a cell or a single area. Returns numeric data.
ROW(B2) gives the result 2
ROW(B1:B5) gives the result 1
