You can use the Spread Designer to apply changes to the component or save to a file. Use the following steps to apply and save the changes:

1. Right-click on the component.
2. Select New Spread Document.
3. Use the tabs and properties to make changes to the design view.
4. Choose File, Apply And Exit, to apply the changes and exit the designer or use the save option to save to a file.
