Evaluates the condition using the specified evaluator.

Parameters

evaluator: The evaluator that can evaluate an expression or a function.
baseRow: The base row index for evaluation.
baseColumn: The base column index for evaluation.
actualObj: The actual value of object1 for evaluation.
