Arguments for the function evaluation
Returns the result of the function applied to the arguments.
Syntax
var instance = new GC.Spread.CalcEngine.Functions.Function(name, minArgs, maxArgs, functionDescription);
var value; // Type: object
value = instance.evaluate(args);
function evaluate(
