EditMode Property (EditBase)

Gets or sets the edit mode of the control.

Property Value

A EditMode value that indicates the edit mode of this control.
The default is EditMode.Insert.

Remarks

If the value of this property has the "Fixed" prefix, pressing the Insert key will not effect edit mode. The OverWrite property may effect this property.
