ChangeText Method

Returns the resulting text and position if the change is allowed for the given conditions. If no changes are made (due to invalid input), returns false.

ChangeText(String,String)	Returns the resulting text if the change is allowed for the given conditions. If no changes are made (due to invalid input), false is returned.
