OpenExcel(Stream,Int32,String) Method

Opens an Excel stream and loads the specified sheet (by number) from that file into this sheet.

stream: stream
excelSheetIndex: Index of the sheet to load from the file
password: Password

TRUE if success. Otherwise, FALSE
