Parse Method (PercentCellType)

Parses the specified string to the data type of the cell type and returns it as an object.

Parameters

s: Specified string from the cell on the sheet to parse

Remarks

When deriving a cell type based on this type, override this to change what gets parsed from the cell on the sheet and put in the data model.
