AllowCellContentFloat Property (SpreadView)

FarPoint.Win.Spread Assembly > FarPoint.Win.Spread Namespace > SpreadView Class : AllowCellContentFloat Property
Gets or sets whether to allow the cell content to float.
Public Property AllowCellContentFloat As Boolean
Dim instance As SpreadView
Dim value As Boolean
instance.AllowCellContentFloat = value
value = instance.AllowCellContentFloat
public bool AllowCellContentFloat {get; set;}

Set this property to true to cause the spanned text to stay visible when scrolling part of the span out of the view.

Sparklines, diagonal lines, and other graphic content do not float when setting this property.

This example sets the AllowCellContentFloat property.
FarPoint.Win.Spread.SpreadView sv = fpSpread1.GetRootWorkbook();
sv.AllowCellContentFloat = true;
fpSpread1.ActiveSheet.AddSpanCell(0, 0, 5, 5);
fpSpread1.ActiveSheet.Cells[0, 0].Text = "Spanned Cell";
Dim sv As FarPoint.Win.Spread.SpreadView = FpSpread1.GetRootWorkbook
sv.AllowCellContentFloat = True
FpSpread1.ActiveSheet.AddSpanCell(0, 0, 5, 5)
FpSpread1.ActiveSheet.Cells(0, 0).Text = "Spanned Cell"
