Creates a string composed of literal characters.

Parameters

originalString
String that contains original characters

Return Value

String containing literal characters
Remarks
Use this method to create a string composed of literal characters. You might want to use this method if you are creating a mask. Instead of having to escape out the literals using a backslash character when setting the mask, you can call this method and provide it your string. It returns the string of literal characters to use in your mask.
