Picture Constructor(Image,RenderStyle,Color,Int32)

Creates a picture with the specified image, style, transparency color, and transparency tolerance.

Parameters

i: Image object
style: RenderStyle setting
transparencyColor: Color object containing which colors are considered transparent
transparencyTolerance: Number of tolerance of transparency
