TipAppearance Constructor(Color,Color,Font)

Creates a set of appearance settings, for various tips in the interface, with the specified values.

Parameters

backColor: Background color of text tips and cell notes (not scroll tips)
foreColor: Foreground (text) color for text tips, scroll tips, and cell notes
font: Font of text for text tips, scroll tips, and cell notes

Remarks

Initializes an instance of the TipAppearance class with the specified colors and font.
