Saves the specified range in the sheet to the specified file in HTML.

Parameters

row: Starting row index
column: Starting column index
rowCount: Number of rows
columnCount: Number of columns
rowHeaders: True to include row headers
columnHeaders: True to include column headers
filename: Path and file name
