Gets or sets whether data can overflow into adjacent empty cells in the component while that cell is in edit mode.

Property Value

Boolean: true if data can overflow into adjacent empty cells in the Spread component while that cell is in edit mode; false otherwise

Remarks

Determines whether the display of data can overflow into adjacent empty cells when an editor is open in a cell.

When this property is set to true, the following occurs:

When the user moves from the cell, the spreadsheet automatically turns edit mode off and only the text that fits in the cell is displayed. To display overflow text in adjacent cells, use the AllowCellOverflow property.

Example
This example specifies if text is allowed to overflow to adjacent empty cells when users are editing the contents of the cell.
