Formats the object as a string.

Parameters

o: Object to format

Return Value

Formatted string to put in the cell on the sheet

Remarks

The data model for a sheet only stores the raw unformatted data. Each time the data needs to be painted, the formatter must be called to transform the data from its raw unformatted form to its displayed form. The Format method is called whenever a cell needs to render, in which case a string representation of the data is needed to draw in the cell.
