Public PropertyRowGets the first row index of the row range for finding the rows visible states.  
Public PropertyRowCountGets the number of the row range of where to find the rows visible states.  
Public PropertyRowVisibleStatesGets the dictionary that contains information about rows' visible states. When handling the RequestRowVisibleStates, the handler adds the rows' visible states into this dictionary.
