Remarks

Column objects returned by the Columns object's Default property and Column objects in the column or row headers do not have a label.

This is not the same as the automatic text. For information on the automatic text that appears in a column row, refer to ColumnHeader class AutoText and AutoTextIndex.

Example
This example creates a spreadsheet with 10 columns and 20 rows. A Column object is created and assigned to the second column of the spreadsheet. The column header is given custom text via the Label property, which is also returned to a text box.
