PasswordChar Property (MaskPatternFieldInfo)

Gets or sets the password char.

Property Value

The System.Char value indicates the char of the password.
The default is "\0".

Remarks

The PasswordChar can be used to create a password field in a dialog box. Although you can use any SBCS character, most Windows-based applications use the asterisk (*) (Chr(42)).
