This property sets the policy (whether to display the scroll bar) for the viewport. To set the scroll bar policy for the entire Spread component, use the VerticalScrollBarPolicy property in the FpSpread class.
Specify the settings for the vertical scroll bars by setting the VerticalScrollBarPolicy property.
