Resumes normal layout logic and optionally forces the component to apply layout logic to its child controls.

This method is used with SetValue to enhance the performance. Use the SuspendLayout method to suspend the layout. Then use the SetValue method to put values in the cells while the painting is suspended. This method does not cause a postback to occur.
