The designer is a design screen for the template that integrates with Visual Studio. The templates can be designed using the toolbox and Properties window of Visual Studio (which is commonly used by developers).
Samples are a set of programs that demonstrate using MultiRow. The same project has been created in two languages: Visual Basic and C#. Sample help that describes the purpose and usage of the samples, has also been included.
