To preview a report, select it from the Report List on the left pane of the Designer window and click the Preview button, or in the View menu, select Preview. The report will be displayed on the right pane, as shown below:
The preview pane has a navigation bar along the bottom, with buttons that let you page through the document and select the zoom mode.
At this point, you can print the report by clicking the Print button or in the File menu, select Print.
