Start a new VB project, and then add the following controls to the main form:

A ComponentOne VSPrinter 8 control (from VSPrint8.OCX).

A Microsoft CommonDialog control (from ComDlg32.OCX).

Three command buttons.
Set the Nameproperty of the controls to the following:

VSPrinter control to vp.

CommonDialog control to dlg.
-
Command buttons to cmdOpen, cmdPrint, and cmdSetup.
Set the Caption property of the command buttons to the following:

&Open…
-
&Print
-
Page&Setup…
Align the command buttons along the top of the form and size the vp control so that it fills the remaining portion of the form. Your form should look like this:
