Returns or sets the right margin for tracking the child with focus.
[form!]VSViewPort.FocusMarginTop[ = value As Double ]
This property is used in conjunction with the FocusTrack property.
It allows you to specify a minimum distance, in twips, between the top edge of the control with the focus and the VSViewPort control. This distance (margin) allows labels placed above the controls to remain visible as the user scrolls the form.
