The BorderAppearance property enables you to modify the 3D style of the cell borders by using the property pages or in code. In the example below, the cells are set to 3 – Raised Bevel, which creates a 3D effect for the given cells.
Allowable values for the BorderAppearance property are:
0 - Flat
1 - Raised
2 - Inset
3 - Raised Bevel
4 - Inset Bevel
