End-User Interface Features > Repeat Feature and Tooltips |
Two True DataControl buttons, Next and Previous, have a so-called “repeat” feature:
If the user presses the button while holding down the left mouse button without releasing it, the button’s action is triggered repeatedly, with a small fixed time interval.
Such are two buttons.
This feature makes it more convenient for the end-user to navigate through the recordset.
True DataControl buttons are provided with tooltips, small text windows that pop up when the mouse lingers over a button. The tooltips are disabled by default. To enable them, set the Tooltips property to True. Tooltips texts can be customized/localized using the SetUIString method.
